Send the exhibit. Get back a punch list.
Paste the insurance section of the MSA, or tell us what ISNetworld, Avetta or the operator rejected. Only your email is required. If you add your current policies or certificate later, the review gets more exact.
What we check
- Every limit in the exhibit against your GL, auto, workers comp, umbrella and pollution policies
- Additional insured wording: who, which operations (ongoing and completed), and on which policies
- Primary and non-contributory, waivers of subrogation, and notice of cancellation
- Whether your insurance supports the indemnity you're agreeing to under Chapter 127
- Named insured and entity names, so the certificate matches the contract exactly
- What your subcontractors need to carry for the work to flow down cleanly
What you get back
A written list: what already complies, what needs an endorsement added, what needs a different policy or higher limit, and which requirements are worth asking the operator to change. Coverage is placed through a licensed Texas insurance agency.
