What we collect

When you submit a form we collect what you type. The contact form asks for your company name, email, phone number and annual revenue range, plus anything you choose to describe. The MSA review form asks for your email and anything else you add (name, company, phone, type of work, crew size, and any contract text you paste). We also record the page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link, so we know how people find us.

The MSA decoder runs entirely in your browser. Text you paste into it is not sent to us or stored anywhere unless you choose to send it with the contact form.

Form submissions are stored in our database and delivered to us by email through a form-processing service.

The site uses basic analytics to count visits and form submissions. It does not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

Only to answer your request and, if you ask us to, to review or place insurance for your business. Doing that can mean sharing details with insurance markets when you ask us to. We do not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete what you submitted at any time by replying to our email or using the form.
